The Victory Services Club (VSC) today announces the launch of its ‘VSC 110’ campaign. The campaign has been designed to mark the venue’s anniversary whilst celebrating 110 years of timeless service and exploring the future of events.
With a strong focus on service, the campaign will deliver a number of educational initiatives and online content that will take a closer look at the concept of service and what the future might look like for events. A series of initiatives will be launched throughout the coming months as the anniversary year progresses, kick-starting the campaign with a roundtable discussion where the venue will invite event professionals to explore service of the past; looking at how old fashion values will influence the future of events and the benefits of reviving the personal touch. Other initiatives planned throughout the year include a survey looking at what is important to customers when it comes to service, a service promise focusing on the venue’s three core values of Value, Service and Courtesy and an end of year celebratory dinner event for clients and members to mark the venue’s anniversary.
