Victory Services Club achieves 27% sales growth and increases welfare breaks by 17.5%

Hospitality Assured client, Victory Services Club (VSC) has reported a 27% increase in event sales (year on year) which has contributed to a 17.5% rise in the number of free Respite and Welfare breaks given to injured members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families.

VSC is a registered charity that re-invests revenue from commercial events to fund schemes, including free Respite and Welfare breaks. The Club provided 140 free stays in the last twelve months with our Respite and Welfare initiative which provides a free weekend break in London at our Club for injured members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families.

VSC also reports an 18% increase in the number of events held at the Club, a 22% increase in business from corporates, associations and agents and 52 new clients.

More and more companies are realising that they can hold an event that contributes to their CSR objectives, and also receive a professional service with excellent food, attentive customer service, and AV and IT support of the highest order. I’m proud that the professional service delivered by our team has resulted in an almost 100% retention rate on the new business generated.”

The Victory Services Club is a private military members club, located in central London near Marble Arch. Established in 1907, the Club has seven event rooms which have a capacity of 10-300 and can host conferences, meetings, exhibitions, receptions and award ceremonies.
