Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is part of Mubadala’s network of world-class healthcare facilities.  As a multi specialty hospital offering critical and acute care services it reduces the need for patients to travel abroad for treatment.

“In particular we are known for our five Centres of Excellence, which are: Heart & Vascular, Neurological, Digestive Disease, Eye and Respiratory & Critical Care.  However, we are also home to a number of other subspecialty institutes. In fact, there are more than 30 medical and surgical specialties represented at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.  Also, we are currently looking forward to the impact that the Tawam Molecular Imaging Centre will have on our infrastructure and facilities when work gets underway in October

As an organisation focused on continual improvement we are delighted by the results of our 2017 operations engagement survey, which saw an increase from 71% to 84% in hospitality services, whilst we achieved high 90s in all areas of customer satisfaction every month.

Ultimately, Hospitality Assured closes the loop in ongoing desire to achieve customer excellence. We use a host of tools to measure our quality of delivery including lean six sigma to improve our processes, customer surveys and internal surveys.  On top of that we always aim to not just meet but exceed all appropriate laws and regulations pertinent to the business on both a local and international level.  Hospitality Assured then gives us the tools to tie all those elements together.

Through Hospitality Assured we have improved processes and operational activities resulting in enhanced business performance.  This has gone on to improve our reputation.  Hospitality Assured has also provided opportunities to benchmark against other organisations and our own internal departments allowing us to improve year on year.  Most importantly though it has enhanced staff motivation and led to greater team engagement – which in turn develops the company for the better over the long term”
