Hospitality Assured Premier

In order to achieve an award, you will need to demonstrate consistent levels of quality in each of the nine steps.

During your assessment visit, your assessor(s) will make quality judgements across all areas of your business.  When the scores are totalled you will have an overall score, however, in order to confirm a ‘Premier’ award, the scores awarded within each of the nine steps also need to fall within that band or higher.  In this way we, and you, can be confident that your business is offering a consistent level of service at the accreditation level awarded.  Assessors are trained to award scores against national benchmarks in an objective and consistent manner.

Eligibility for Premier Status will now be triggered by each section scoring 75% or higher for all nine steps.  Awards will be confirmed with the written assessment report.  The assessment report will show the scores in all areas, so you can see how close you are to achieving an award.

Premier status can give a significant marketing advantage.  The logos can be displayed on web sites and in other forms of advertising.  Certificates will be awarded at the annual Institute of Hospitality and Hospitality Assured Awards, and exterior signage is also available.

Hospitality Assured Accreditation

This level of accreditation is for organisations that appreciate the in-depth scoring and benchmarking data but require the flexibility of having biennial assessments with Interim Reviews on alternate years due to operational or seasonal changes.
