In February 2019 representatives of the 1team at Vodafone Retail Team were proud to be presented with a certificate of accreditation for Hospitality Assured by David Fry, Head of Property.
The Retail Team have specifically pursued Hospitality Assured to identify opportunities for improvement as well as their key areas of success.
During this six month assessment process, representatives from Hospitality Assured spent time with each member of the Retail Team, visiting stores with them and Vodafone Regional Managers, as well as meeting Divisional Manager, Mark Mackenzie at the Notting Hill store and speaking directly with store Managers and staff at approximately 30 stores, gaining an understanding of the kind of service they experience from the Retail Property Team.
